Nah, they will flag your account as a throwaway and consider it a ToS violation. Tuta mail also flags new accounts immediately for review (and supposedly enables send/receive after 48 hours. Guess we will see in another day or two.)

Your best bet is building a legitimate footprint over a month or so before trying to verify.
