How do you keep your cool at work? I find myself sperging out internally and wanting to sperg outwardly at people. I think this is associated with being slightly overly emotional. Most of the time I keep the emotions to myself because its never anything signifcantly disrespectful and usually pretty small things.. Generally this is in reference to "mini mogs". I try not to care at work, but I'm a software engineer and I sort of like the gamification of it all despite not giving a fuck about promotion or company values.

Anyone know this feel? Any good books that aren't about managing interpersonal relationships at work?

Idk I just say "fucking IDIOT" like 5 times during or after every call and make sure I'm muted or off the line first. Helps me.
