My company offers unlimited PTO and I rarely see people take out more than 5 or 7 weeks. That’s literally the average mandatory minimum in Austria and the average for multiple European countries. Austria with a minimum of 38 and Germany with 30, America is between 10 and 15.

Along with all those insurance benefits you get because ChainLink works closely with almost every fucking insurance company so it’s assumed their labs team gets a kickback along with any write offs for tax reasons.

All these benefits just sounds like they’re trying to trap the best talent as long as possible. A high turnover rate means your industry secrets have a higher percentage to be used by other companies that do offer more benefits and better pay.

You literally have to compensate your workers with a living standard or else your talent goes somewhere else. It’s crazy that Americans are making of everyone else for living a better life than them.
