Make no mistake about it, GME being naked shorted for three years and only NOW turning a profit is actually incredibly dangerous for the shorts. Most people don't short companies with a positive cash flow and anyone still dumb/idle enough in GME could be making the decision to close their positions which essentially just moves the short position from the smaller/leaner funds on to Citadel.
