Not sure what you're talking about, but if that's supposed to be an exchange then I've never heard of it and they don't rank on coinmarketcap, so it really doesn't matter. Shitty little exchanges are always risky and I never said otherwise, but a strong Asia-based exchange like Binance is literally 0% risk.
