I didnt check the gas price when i was trying to send eth from ED. It was @ 4 cuking gwei.

Yes
You would have to resend the exact same transaction with the same nonce but higher gas fee, that's probably too complicated

Or you can send a transaction sending 0 eth from yourself to yourself with the same nonce as your ED transaction, once confirmed into block it would cancel your withdrawal and you can do it again
More expensive and technically unnecessary but easier
