Okay, /biz/ I come to you seeking some thoughts on a coin I stumbled upon today. I think it could have promise, but I’m desperately awaiting input from you anons to validate (or invalidate) my opinions. In my search for a low market cap potential gainer, I have come across Neumark (NEU).

What is Neumark?
>Neufund is a community-owned fundraising platform. It acts as a bridge between the investment world and the blockchain space. Using our legal and technical infrastructure, startups and established companies alike can legally issue a new type of asset we call tokenized equity. We achieve this by formally linking traditional contracts with Ethereum smart contracts through mutual reference and code correspondence.
It is essentially a fundraising platform allowing companies to raise capital through the blockchain without having to come up with a bullshit “utility” or “underlying value” their coin brings. Instead the investor will receive what they call “tokenized equity”. Investors can use a traditional crypto (ETH) to invest or EURT (1:1 peg to euro) giving the average man the opportunity to attractive projects that normally are only available to high net-worth accredited investors. Neumark provides an interface for the companies to interact with shareholders allowing them to use their equity to vote on resolutions, ask for more of your money, give you updates, as well as enable trading of the equity tokens themselves among other things. These fundraising events are called Equity Token Offerings (ETO).

What is NEU?
The NEU token is the coin this project is offering, it’s aim is to create an alignment between investors, companies, and the success of the platform. When someone commits capital to an ETO, they receive some NEU as a reward. So, why the hell would you want to have any NEU?
1. With each successful ETO, a fee will get deducted from the invested amount. This fee is then distributed to NEU holders proportionate to the amount of NEU they own.
2. Within the same ETO, a small fee of the equity tokens is deducted from the total number acquired and added to the platform portfolio of all the companies to ever hold a successful ETO. This gives all NEU holders stake in every ETO that happens on the platform without having to ever invest directly.
Cool, so just holding the NEU tokens will give you free money, sounds pretty neat.

The Neumark team - I’m not going to get into this, you can look them up to yourself. But, they actually have experience and aren’t some 20 year olds trying to make some hipster crypto to steal your money, some could say it’s a solid team.

Thoughts? Seems promising, could eliminate the need for bullshit coins with no utility whose only purpose is to raise funds for a project. Allow the average joe to throw money at some flashy tech company he doesn’t understand. Bridges the gap between crypto and traditional fundraising. Launching actual working platform this quarter. Worth investing in?

I'm pretty sure it's a good 10x moon mission, if not more, it aims to be some kind of escrow service for ICOs so ICOs can't scam people. Basically, only if the investors give the go, the funds are released.
only thing is it really is almost impossible to buy it, tried buying with 30$ as test on ED but when I withdrawn it just disappeared, trying to figure out right now if I can get it and then maybe putting more money into it.
