It is impossible to recapture it. Your body is strong, fast, your brain feels sharp as fuck, you're in your best shape. Girls give you attention, you have spontaneous sex. Your early to mid 20s is peak life. It's also full of possibilities and hope. It's a beautiful time... and then it disappears.

Being broke, only ugly deviant girls around you, hard as fuck degree that makes you question whether you are a retard... It was hell. even though I grew as a person.

My first job lightened up the world for me. What a good job can do. Not just money, the travel, the connection with other (and more normal) people. Am now 36 and life has never been better. Going back to my life as a 19 years old .. I would kill myself. Only regret is not buying bitcoin as soon as I heard about it.

You're in your prime dude. Life won't get any physiologically better than it is right now unless you just completely let yourself go in your 20s. Even then, you're young enough to turn that around in a year or two depending on how out of shape you are. Once you get past 35-40 you'll definitely start to feel your age a little more each year, so relish that your sun is at its highest point in the sapphire sky. The benefit of being 30 over 19 is that you're far more aware and conscious about yourself and your life experiences and having the leverage to do what you want in the world rather than just being a dumbass kid with the benefit of having time. The world used to be a better and bigger place when we were kids/teens anyway, be thankful you got to savor the last of what used to be before everything changed to whatever the hell these kids have now.

I'm a month and a half from 34 and my brain still feels the same I think. In fact I've probably learned more in the last 5 years than in the 10 prior to that.
I think it's all a function of using it.

I can agree on the body though but a good portion of it is also mentality. I don't really care about being hot with low bf anymore. Who cares.

What I do miss from being younger though is the thunderous boners I'd get.
Most of the time I just don't feel like having sex anymore. Feels like a chore actually just to keep the gf happy. I wish I could bring that back.

Most people actually assume I'm 23 to 24 though. I have a young face and great skin and hairline.

Well I had no life at 19 (studying hard all the time) and wanted to kill myself everyday.

Now ? At 30 I work "only" 5 days a week, can pay for sex, food and drinks when I feel like killing myself (often), and living in a cozy country.
Soon I'll be able to not work anymore and live from my investments, in Thailand, Vietnam or travelling around the world.

So no, 19 was shit, 30 is still shit but getting better, I see the end of hell.

Yeah. I'm a multimillionaire now at 35, life is good. But I still miss being younger. Can't be helped. The sad part to me is doors inevitably closing as you get order. I'm almost certainly never going to be a pro athlete starting at this age for example. Not that I planned on it anyway, but when you're young the possibility is there whether you care or not. Beyond being healthier and having more energy, being younger means life is filled with endless potential. Whether you take advantage of your potential or not, it's a nice feeling.

Then again, my parents wish they could be 35 again. So I'm focused on enjoying the youth I have left rather than dwelling on the past.

I'm kidding about the brain part. I feel more clever at 30 than 20. The studies about neuroplasticity is kind of a meme because the conclusion is that your brain power goes down like 10% over 3 decades from 20 years old. A genius becoming hypothetically 10% dumber is still a genius. I think it's more of a mental component of being young that made me feel smarter in terms of raw cognitive ability. It's also being young, broke and bored. Being bored and having time that comes with being young allows you to become insanely talented in specific areas. I sincerely think a life peaks around 34 as a man. You start making a fuck ton of money, you could be in great shape, your value as a male is at its peak.
>I don't really care about being hot with low bf anymore. Who cares.
You seem smart anon, I ask you to reconsider that mentality, being in peak shape is an amazing feeling regardless of age.
