there are families that pool all their money to buy apartment buildings and then they each live off a tiny allowance and conserve resources and it seems insane to people until Covid happens they refinance the rent goes up 25% they extract 10 million from the building and they pay everybody a 500k-2million dividend (depending on ownership) and suddenly they are 'rich getting richer'....well obviously!?!

I understand the federal reserve manipulates interest rates lower, the government devalues the dollar by spending and the system is rigged, but so do they!?
