I think a lot that 1 million dollars is actually money. When did you realize?

Well I'm not a deluded, out of touch, moonfag that thinks $1,000,000 is a low amount of money. That is enough money to change your life significantly, and for people in lower income countries, may actually be enough to retire on.

I'm jaded but even then 1 mil is my first world make-it goal. With that I can comfortably work a few more years knowing I'll be able to:
1) pay off the rest of my condo and rent it out
2) buy another modest property with cash to live in
3) add the rest to my mutual fund and contribute to it in the remaining working years, then live off dividends + rent + easy low-stress part time job
4) become a wholecoiner and watch where that goes

I realized 1 million dollars was nothing when I made 1 million dollars. Literally pocket change

1 million dollars is a fine amount of money if you can elevate above the chimp brain mentality of trying to turn it into 10 million. If you can live a normal life on $40,000 a year, it's 25 years.
