Large Cap Defense is the peak of priced in. In terms of future performance everything is largely known in advance and the multi-year backlogs keep things very stable. I mean look at Northrop for example, they announced about a thousand potential layoffs due to a 2.2B contract loss, but likely most will be resettled elsewhere in the company.
EW is definitely the future of warfare though so largely I would put money on NOC, LHX if forced to make picks. RTX is solid cashflow with arms but I don't really see them being a business leader anymore they're focused on profits today and will likely fall behind. LMT is always big but frankly right now it's a terrible time to make airplanes. EVERY B21 lot and new F35 lot are expected to run at a loss since they're on fixed price contracts and supply chain is fucked. There will be money later on sustainment programs but it really is a shit job right now. Also after these F35/B21 orders I really don't expect much new in the high cost range besides the 2 NGAD programs, and even then I wonder how many they actually will want. We need things we can afford to lose and manned craft aren't it.

There's been a bit of buzz about RTX's ground based Laser system but that's going to look like a toy compared to what winds up on ships since you have none of the power constraints. I also am skeptical of people who seem to think we have any real need for more ships. Nobody has seen what real US naval power looks like since we've never actually put a proper fleet together in ages.
Also I don't know how much money there is in sustainment unlike aircraft which is extremely profitable since there's lots of wear and tear on planes and most retrofits would be for onboard systems which I don't think they make as much of.
