What to do with small quantities of ETH coins on Metamask?

I am talking about those coins that you have on balance that swaping them is impossible due to 70-80$ gas fees.

What do you do with them? Let them die or is there a way to send them to an exchange with lower gas fees?

There must be hundreds of millions $ on Metamask that are going to be there until they die since gas fees will no go down ever again.

I thought I had to swap them into ETH before sending them to Binance or similar. So, if I see the same coin on any CEX I will send them with much lower fees (maybe 10-12$ of it will also be 50-60$ like swaping to ETH?).

Because if it is much cheaper most people would avoid swaping to ETH and would just send them to a CEX, no?

I have a similar question but for BSC shit coins, if you have a bunch of balances that are like $5 of coins that you're sure won't ever recover, do you trade them over into ones that have a better chance of coming back? Or just let them sit?
