I live at home with my gf and we clear 160k in a MCOL area. I just stack crypto. I’m up 100%+ while my local housing market is down 10%. I expect it to fall another 20-30% over the next 2 years while crypto continues to grow.

Nobody has a crystal ball, I could buy a house if I wanted to but I have a big family and enjoy the single house anyway. This is just my gamble
