Anon you're coming to point in your life when you realise that your parents dont always know best and that they are just people who have tried their best, you are a product of them. If you've made that money then they have done a good job.

It's at this point though that you need to fledge the nest. Remember when it's scary is when you need to jump. At a minimum you need to stand up for yourself and set boundaries, if that means you need to move out then do so. They will respect you for it, it's at these points you stop being a boy and become a man.

Keep your calm, dont raise your voice and talk slowly to them. If they start shouting simply say that you're not going to have an argument about this and that you would like to talk later when we have all calmed down.
