From my own research, it seems that getting listed is very expensive and they really do need to market first and get to a certain leg where they can also donate some of their own funds for it. Since there is a certain up keep for it that's why there's a community wallet meant for that. They can't keep getting listed without a proper game plan. They already have a road map, the only thing that's weird is the playing hard to get, maybe they want some good deals instead of just taking whatever, the admins seems to be actually competent enough to do the research and read the contracts before signing everything.
