One could argue that you frauded them, and most countries have laws on fraud, it'll depend on just how effective their justice system is. You are probably fucked if you do it in NA, Bongland, France, Germany, Austria and Italy, not so much elsewhere, and absolutely no way in third world shitholes. Just a word of advice, depending on where you live you might want to go for a "soft" pull over a hard one. Coins you can't sell or running with the liquidity pool are illegal in NA/EU, but dumping a massive amount of dev tokens isn't
