Every year, your rent goes up while my interest paid goes down

Every year, you worry about your landlord renewing your lease, or having to find another place, while no one can kick me out

Every year, I gain equity and get to deduct my property taxes + mortgage interest paid while none of your rent is deductable

I can leave whenever I want and have someone pay rent and also deduct depreciation and any maintenance/repairs. A/C goes out? Roof needs replacement? It's a tax deduction if the property is rented

Only retards rent

I bought a flat back in 2019 and my loan is being fully paid by a rentie.
That way I can still have the freedom of renting some place and still build capital in the meantime.

Impeccably based

Average rent in USA right now is $1,700/month meaning rentoids are likely to be paying $3,000/month on average in 20 years. Meanwhile my house (which is twice their size with neighbors 30+ feet away opposed to 3 inches of dry wall away) will be paid off and my "rent" (property tax/insurance) is likely to be less than $1,000 a month

Rentcucks deserve the life they have

True but it's annoying when my property tax and insurance increase.

Some places it's much better to rent, and others it's much better to own.
Where I'm living right now it's much better to rent. But I'm not going to sell and give up my position, because there were times in history when that wasn't true (like when I bought here).
