im gonna sleep now but i'd say there's around ~20 companies in total snooping around between major transits, although only 3 companies actually submitted proposals/bids

though not sure what the bottleneck really is here, it'd be great if it's a bottleneck on suppliers soon with a huge hardware upgrade cycle in all of america
in that bull case, everyone will get a backlog of customers and bs even the weakest company is going to be able to get a few big contracts

REKR is down 90% from its 2021 peak like many other smallcaps, though its market cap itself is only down ~300 million to ~150 million, thats the beauty of stock dilution
GSI.V is also down and i actually held through that peak (albeit with like 1/20th size of the position i have now), company itself is much stronger financially and fundamentally since then, and part of that spike was a botched $1/share offerring that fell through (was unsolicited offering and CEO made the mistake of announcing it before the fund offering to buy shares at a large premium didnt actually have their shit together, stock was trading at like $0.50 so couldbn't ignore it since it was too good, CEO has definitely been salty ever since and definitely taking more care)

They also have eight times the debt for their cash on hand and their net income is hilariously bad compared to it. Something like $3 billion income to $100 debt and only $15 billion cash
