Rates will pivot this year or next year. It is a common misnomer that when rates pivot downwards everything moons due cheaper money HOWEVER, historically, when rates actually pivot downwards this causes bearish price action for 1-2 years, followed by a sideways period eg 2008 rates overlayed indices + most financial crisis before.
Insiders lof large tech companies like Bezos are selling their own stock similarly to 2020 (before the COVID black swan). Similarly, large cap crypto founders like CoinBase employees are doing the same. I assume they are doing it because of the risk of above.

You have the causality mixed up. The market appears to crash when rates are cut BECAUSE the rates are cut in response to the market crashing. When they say they anticipate rates will be cut, that means they foresee a debt crisis which they will respond to with lower rates. Then we moon.
