It is as long as you have reasonable/free electricity. I'm mining ZEC with 6x 1070ti and making ~$20/day net, at 7 cents a kWh. ROI in ~5 months depending on the market. You could also mine ZCL or some other shitcoin if you want to gamble more.

As usual with mining and this apparent bull market, weigh the capital spend for a rig against just buying the coin directly and holding/trading. However, if you're decent with computer hardware/overclocking and server software maintenance, or have the free time to learn, it's a pretty fun hobby compared to staring at charts and shilling to pajeets.
