Bros, I'm terrified. Bought 700 DOGE and sent them from Coinbase to my wallet but it's 22 mins ago and they haven't turned up. No email confirmation of the send either, but the money's left my CB wallet. Are there known blockages on the DOGE chain today??

Check the block explorer to see how many confirmations have gone through. An hour seems absurd but it's not unheard of for transactions to take extremely long when the memepool is flooded with volume. Since the entire market is selling off like crazy that's probably why, unless you accidentally sent your Doge to a non Doge address.
