Tuna pattie, many ways of making it but here's the basics:

In a bowl put:
- 1 can tuna
- (optional, recommended) 1 shallot or maybe half an onion very finely minced
- salt, pepper, other condiments (garlic powder works very well)
- 1 egg
Now mix it all up until you break up the tuna and the eggs is mixed. You now need something to soak up the moisture, you can use flour or breadcrumbs, I think panko works better (pic is using panko).

Ideally let it rest for ~20 mins or so the bread/flour soaks up the moisture. Then pan fry it in oil and eat it.

You can make small ones, one huge one, small balls that you cook in the oven, whatever.
