betting against japan is stupid. historically they have been tech leaders. they are down right now, but that's the nature of the tech industry. whatever the case you need to be in it to win it and indonesia and brazil will never be in the tech markets. besides that japan has strong entertainment, finance, and tourism industries. I don't think it will grow but it will hold it's position. solid blue chip country, better than america.
india had solid growth potential. historically they have done well. they are politically and economically isolated from fluctuations in america and china so that makes them a solid hedge. indians are world famous for their talents in tech, medicine, and humor. they have a lot of people, and a large wealthy diaspora that will eventually want to go back to india to buy real estate.
indonesia and brazil are bad bets because they will be destroyed by climate change. you would be better of investing in mongolia. russia is a solid option as well. the russian economy is artificially being held back by western economic warfare. putin won't be around forever though. once he's dead there's a good chance the next guy will be their xiaoping
