CH11 is still ongoing based on non public information and nothing about some technicality of a "cancellation" magically makes those long and short positions disappear in the event of a disbursement. Even in the case of new equity being issued for each long share, the brokers will still only be issued shares on the numbers the own. So they will still have a shortage of shares to honor the longs they sold.
The shorts can never just disappear on a technicality. Hence any amount of disbursement exposes the reality of the naked short selling.

I sure hope so. To me, the most compelling piece of evidence is the lack of communication by RC. But now, with the picture with Pulte and the Q-tip stuff, I cannot really see a world where we're fucked unless RC is just blatantly trolling (which I think is pretty unlikely for obvious reasons).
