>Nope, you can't just be in debt. You'll need to work 80 hour weeks, never enjoy yourself again until all of your debt is paid off. All of your life energy must go to repaying debt.

If Dave was racist we'd all be agreeing with him.

Imagine Dave "the Alex Jones of finance" Ramsey getting a black caller and seeing him laugh his ass off hearing that they financed a Hellcat, pay child support to two different women, and his only recommendation to the caller is the following: "Have your friend steal the Hellcat from you, then go robbing people in it (your race does this best) and then mysteriously find your car parked a block away from your house whenever the cops finally look into it."

tfw not born in the reality where he tells spics to go stand in front of Home Depot to look for contracting jobs and jews to ask their uncle Hershel for a low interest (lol) loan.

What's biz obsession with Dave ramsey? He has great advice for regular people who want a better life. If you are already good with money then watch something else.

Two reasons primarily
1. His solutions aren't as effective as they were back in the day. They still work, but take a lot more time because the game has changed. It isn't particularly bad advice for more people, even if it boils down to "stop taking on debt."
2. He doesn't like bitcoin, because there is a very large subset of boomers who are tech-illiterate and tend to believe that it's literally just numbers on a screen. I also don't think he should recommend bitcoin to his listeners, because they're generally struggling with basic finance or can't handle much beyond that.

I remember listening to a caller talk about how their business was failing, and what the best thing to do to minimize losses would be prior to declaring bankruptcy. His advice was pretty good and easy to follow, and I understood then why he has a large following.

That being said though, if you're a young person and expecting to "make it" in this economy by driving a 1996 Corolla and his other rules of thumb, you simply aren't going to generate the same returns that someone 10+ years ago would have by following the same advice.

His show is interesting to listen to (and depressing) because the average American has absolutely no idea what to do financially. This entire economy is built off of consumers spending themselves into debt, and what's worse is they're only following our government's example.

His show isn't about "making it" anon. "Making it" is a retarded zoomer wetdream. Again he isn't for a savvy investor he is for your run of the mill retard that can't get ahead. If you aren't into finances and follow his advice you will love a comfortable life and retire with dignity.
