Is storing all your coins on an Exodus wallet on an old laptop a safe way to self-custody? Seriously I know "not your keys not your coins" but how the fuck do you guys sleep at night with your coins on a trezor and your recovery phrase written down somewhere when your house can just get burglarized or burn down suddenly? This might be a stupid question but how is that safer than just keeping it on Cuckbase with 2FA activated on an authy app on an old phone you never use? Even if a hacker gets into your cuckbase account, they can't move any of the funds without that old phone's authy app code.

You could get attacked by another hobo and hit in the head with a baseball bat and suffer a traumatic brain injury and forget your phrase.

I seriously want to hear a legit argument for why locking your shit away in a cuckbase vault is a bad idea
