Everyone thinks a halving dump will happen. It won't.

In 2012 was the first halving. There was trepidation around bitcoin even continuing to function after this first halving among other paranoia. This cause a dump which eventually corrected.

The second halvening, there was no dump. Mayb the slightest dip, followed by an upwards movement leading into the 2017 bullrun.

The third halvening, covid happened. This caused the massive dump before, during and after the halvening, which eventually corrected.

I'm going to suggest that people have taken the Covid dump so seriously, that they assume this had more to do with the halving than covid did. This year there will consequently, be no halving dump. In fact, it will actually spike upwards because the opposite of what everyone expects is prone to happen at times like this.
