I feel weird about quitting my job. I’m currently working in a bad environment, 12 hour work days, zoom calls after work until midnight 3 days a week, working 7 day weeks, mandatory company vacations/hangouts, and constant messages from higher ups at like 1am.

Now I make like 500k a year and actually could start my own business in a similar field and legit make the same if not more money but I feel weird and like I’m letting people down or even that I’m going to fail. Any advise
