I was given a job offer by a company and I accepted it, they’re doing my background check right now and I’m scheduled to start in a week. But I was just given another job offer that I didn’t think I’d get for a lower paying job but one I’m much more interested in. If I accept it am I a bad person for accepting the other job but then quitting before my first day? I really want to do the second one but I’d feel awful about stringing along the first company like that.
