Getting in the first 30mins is not possible if you are using raydium/jupiter. I've been looking for coins like picrel and try and get in after the first major pump and dump. Often these coins have a nice rally back up. I then try and take my stake out on a quick 2x and then leave a runner and
take profits very regularly.
