Anyone here struggled with trading addiction before? How did you overcome it
I've finally looked over my portfolios, I've lost $50k trading options and leveraged crypto the past year

I keep thinking: "This is it, this is the one that'll make me rich" and keep fucking up
How do you make yourself stop??

I unironically made it all back anon after the 10x try. I went into debt and on my final final try I did a 15x and cashed out my principal + 30k

Been through the exact same run, but not 50k bad. I just ran out of money and realized I dont have what it takes to trade options.

I feel like getting back on trad buy n hold method but I think there is a lot of time before we go back to decent buy zones. I dont even have the money to buy now, but I never got back to options or crypto or looking at charts for at least 2-3 years straight.

You know what they say, the first step is to admit you have a problem. Why don't you start by calling it what it really is: a gambling addiction. Using the word "trading" is just a lie you tell yourself.

Unironically the AA Big Book is applicable to any addiction. If you feel like you've lost control and you're helpless order a used copy from a site like Thriftbooks for 10 bucks and see what they have to say.

It's all a mental thing for me, I have to focus more on what I see rather than emotions "CONTRACT IS DOWN XYZ REEE PANIC PANIC SELL". I swear to Allah I always sell too early.

why go into debt trading shitti coins when you can play web3 games? blocklords is no like the axie scam shit a few yeas ago, it's gameplay is deep like CIV5 and AoE from back then. You could stake on its token and play some... its better than crying here like a sore loser.
