Cause Chaos
This is where the main mechanism of the proejct occurs. No real details on the
economics of this will be provided, rather simply put - causeChaos is a process by
which through open market operations WETH within the contract is slowly converted to
CIRCLE, which is subsequently burned.
The CCTP can only hold a given amount of ETH at any given time, and is a variable
amount based on on the progression of the system. The capacity of the CCTP has no
bearing on the amount of WETH it will accumulate, or have at any given point - it is
simply a high water mark.
All funds above this high water mark are sent to the Chaos Controller as a back
reserve for the CCTP for reasons which will be left to the readers imagination -
however verifiably these funds are only utilized for burning CIRCLE and do not, and
will not leave the Chaos Controller wallet unless they are wrapped and sent back into
the CCTP
