Because Men by default are beautiful.

We are made in the image of the creator and thus when a man maintains is athletic ability IE not becoming a fatty he can remain in a state of labor which is our curse and blessing from the Lord. As long as a man can labor he will be a man, when a woman can no longer go into labor she becomes degenerated as her form is now something that cannot be productive.

Mans state is that of motion (labor) womens state is that of (liesure)
