The fastest path to doing that is probably enlisting in the Army Reserve/National Guard as a 35N SIGINT analyst, then applying at an agency right after graduating AIT. You won't make *amazing* money at first but cleared work generally has a pretty solid salary floor.
Alternatively, do it as active duty and go to selection for a [redacted] unit.
Either way, after 4-12 years (depending on your connections, where you go, your skills, willingness to put up with short term bullshit for long term gains, random chance, etc) you should be in a position to return to the civilian world and apply directly to an agency or to some contractor shit off clearancejobs.
This route is more for NSA type stuff than CIA, I honestly have no clue if there's an "easy" route into that agency.

The problem with DALLE is that it tries to avoid copyrighted characters. Exceptions were made for ultra popular characters because blocking them outright sorta break the model. And thats assuming the original dataset even had your fringe character labeled to begin it. Try putting the media name then describing the character’s features. You may have more success that way. But ultimately this is a cucked corporate AI and has its limits. Dalle is still 1000x better than shitty stable diffusion though. You can describe multiple characters and action verbs and have them interact with other subjects and the environment. Stable diffusion can’t even make a character ride a bicycle lol.
