I’m tired of dealing with retarded NPCs. People will seem so chill until they have one slightly bad experience and then freak the hell out over nothing. The customer is never right. The customer is an ungrateful faggot.

Suit your customers based on filtering them before the sale.

I learned this a while ago when people would ask for my service and then attempt to retrieve their items without paying.

For example, legally a mechanic has to give back a vehicle at any time the customer requests... basically if you work from your house and a customer calls the police, the law enforcement will act on statues which legally give the owner rights to retrieve their vehicle, even if they didn't pay. This becomes a civil lawsuit, or small claims, which means you likely must hire a lawyer.

It's why many large businesses simply have a legal team they work with on an annual fee, like an insurance company. For small business, it would be wise to have a pocket lawyer that's ready to act quickly when needed.

This does filter out the people who would absolutely plan to not pay at all, but some people make a deposit and still not pay the rest.
