They see it, but then they look at the price chart and see everything else pumping and think "it's a solid project but no money to made for me..." and park their money elsewhere. Don't know is this any kind of indicator, but during 2020-2021 I watched Chainlink subreddit grow from like less than 10k people to ~70k people. Now it has stagnated to 82k members and does not have had any growth in a long time in my opinion. It does not attract any new members despite 10x more bullish news than 2020-2021 Chainlink era.
