The cope is that trading is a meme; it's a story gamblers tell themselves to justify their bad behavior. The long term outlook of btc and crypto hasn't changed: it is functionally useless and has no value. It is speculative and hype driven. Any long term investor would never purchase such an asset. "Missing out" on crypto gains is the same as missing out on buying NVDA, or missing out on buying your favorite calls/puts that will give you an instant 10000x. It's the same as missing out on buying a winning lotto ticket. Every crypto fanatic who is honest with themselves knows that all their profits are someone else's loss, and that their own luck will eventually run out.

Normies aren’t in yet. ETH will rise into the etf listing. Alts will pump hard. Still money to be made

I think I’m done with all of it. I made a lot of money and then cashed out and then jumped back in temporarily and lost 2% of the gains.

The 2% is insignificant to the gains but the bitter feeling has soured me from ever doing this again.

normies are scared off, the crash back then was too brutal and an image loss, dogescam from 73c down to 6c was just too bloody. at the moment only oldfags are in and nobody else. nobody around me is talking about coins.

True in my circle
they all (3) got rekt on altcoins and degen stuff and are actually done with it.

Most people are NGMI or lose money in crypto despite it going only up

Meanwhile I was buying low but my portfolio made me so depressed that I never talked about it. I hold 40% alts and theyre just going to get rekt again.idk

>> No.57846155

I'm on an extremely paperhanded exchange with low liquidity and as soon as PEPE dipped -15% the normies started PTSD market selling. I was able to buy a lot of PEPE for basically Sunday's prices. Im talking -20% under the most recent dip. Normie arbitrage.

Last cycle I sold off a lot of alts during FOMO peaks for +10-20% by the same mechanism but in reverse

This is the level of paperhanded weakness currently entering the market andi t's funny

Trillions are being printed every 3 months and my hard earned, ethical dollars are evaporating into thin air. Putting money into the stocks and crypto the printers use to launder is merely keeping the value of my savings at this point. I'd have to double everything minimum just to make up for what has happened since fauxvid, and I'm still priced out of a home when I wasn't 5 years ago.

Sold around 40 to buy more around 32. Haven't had a break to buy back! Can't buy back currently because as soon as I do the market will crash 50%. Since I'm continuing not to buy it will hit 100k very soon. You're welcome
