But the stock went below $1 in october so NYSE threatened to delist it within 6 months if it couldn't stay above the $1 mark. As a result the company had to make contingency plans. Those plans became bad news which depressed the stock further. Doesn’t matter. Rivada paid them. Looks fine for now. New announced projects and ventures with a variety of clients to help diversify away from over reliance on Rivada and LMT. Earnings report March 26th (before NYSE deadline).
