Use RH to off ramp LTC to a vpn bucket shop exchange because they want/need your liquidity, sell LTC, buy w/e shit you want/flip. Don't move more than 590 at one time and no more than 1 eth in account because can be frozen due to VPN. I only use US exchanges to on-ramp/off-ramp.
