it's standard for 401k/retirement portfolios to have a balance of assets. It will be shit like 10% in Gold, 80% in stocks, 10% in bonds or whatever. With BTC available via ETF, a bunch of financial advisors are moving some of this into BTC on behalf of their clients. It's following a template and so a LOT of money will move, because it's the "best practice" thing to do now.
