He's an addict. It's pretty obvious. His gambling has led him to profit at this moment, so that's good for him, but this kind of behavior rarely ends well in the long run.
He does not seem to have a plan to take profit, or he would have sold at least a portion during the last bubble when he was hundreds of percent in the green. Instead he just bought more, as he is now. In other words he acts with the cocksure confidence that would surely bankrupt him and his company should he be wrong about that wild expectation (and personally I do think he is wrong about it).
