am I dumb for wanting to invest in large cap tech stocks when a recession happens and it falls by ≥40%
I'm just looking at the latest rebound and I have no context for if this is usual/expected or not

Oh, I meant don't chase this rally. If you really need tech exposure, just buy QQQ, which is a fund representing the Nasdaq index, the tech heavy one. Also, don't go all in at once.
