Honestly not a bad list. You should add exposure to AVI and KNS which are two solid small caps utility tokens shilled here a lot. I feel like what you posted here are mid cap which have less risk but also lower reward.

You go to etherscan.io and look at the top holders of certain tokens that you know aren't shitcoins. Find a wallet that holds a decent amount of tokens but not too many (anywhere between 5-35 is fine). Also make sure that the wallet is run by a human and isn't an exchange wallet that holds random shit, or a wallet that just spams hundreds of transactions within a single day. The wallet must also be worth at least 6 figures (the wallets I follow are worth around 4-6 million each). Then you just check what other tokens they hold and when they bought them. You can do that on other networks too I guess, etherscan is just for Ethereum.

For best results, you want to check many top holder wallets of different tokens that are already in the top 50 and see what small caps they hold. If you notice a small cap that is included in many such wallets, you know that it will probably do well.
