There is a lot of built up anger and tension among the link marines. Many of them have been holding for 7 years and still haven't made it.
Development is grinding slow and the team is constantly missing self imposed deadlines. There is also the issue of the seemingly large disconnect between the team and chainlink community at large, with tone deaf shit like that community guy posting his expensive dinners and running across fancy cities in Europe, while the link marines funding everything put all they have into it and some are struggling eating catfood..

The thing that really drives this point home is that we've all seen the "day in the life" videos of people who work at companies like Google, Meta and Amazon. There's a key difference between those companies and Chainlink. Those companies are mature, well-established businesses and they've each carved out their own money-making machine. Those companies still make unbelievable amounts of money despite having a good chunk of their employees adding nothing to the company.

Chainlink, on the other hand, is still very early in its life. They don't have their money making machine yet. This is why it's baffling to see this type of content from a Chainlink employee. There's a pattern of Chainlink getting way too ahead of themselves, and the mentality appears to filter down to low-level employees. If you check Chainlink's social media posts you would think that CCIP is out and enterprises are already using it. But CCIP is still in a closed beta thing, and enterprises are still doing proof-of-concepts and researching DLT stuff.

Just putting this out there as some genuine criticism to the Chainlink employees that are reading these threads. I know you'll probably just write this all of as muh incel miss soggy knee harassment type shit but maybe one of you is willing to take some feedback on board.
