How the fuck am I supposed to work 5 days a week and still do everything next to it?

>Go to bed
>Go outside to run
>Go to the gym to lift
>Do groceries
>Do cooking
>Do laundry
>Do dishes
>Find time for entertainment
>Find time for a hobby
>Find time to relax
>Sleep 8 hours a day

How the fuck am I supposed to do all this in combination with working Monday to Friday?

I need to keep my house clean, I need to do 3 cycles of laundry every week (2x clothes, 1x bed sheets).

How the fuck is this possible?

I need twice as much time than there currently is.

Can I survive with working less? Why do we work 5x8=40 why can't we work like 3x13 hours or something at least then I can try to live somewhat of a clean and normal life

at one point i was working 50-55 hours a week with a 1.5 hour round trip commute. i have no idea how i did it. i now work remotely. i have much more free time. you need to get a hybrid/remote job. if that's not an option, 3-4 days a week job. if that's not an option, move as close to work as you can.

Yes I worked 5 days a week too, but then my only entertainment was smoking and watching tv for 2 hours before going to bed.

I now live a healthy life, keep my body clean, exercise regular and keep my house clean but I cant fit it all in it.

Nigger you have 16 hrs per day plus the entire weekend to take care of all the things on your list. Laundry doesn't take much actual time except for folding. Entertainment, hobby and relax are all the same thing. And you should only be lifting 3x a week max. my only real hope for the future is that ai will take all the jobs eventually and we'll finally reach a point where automation is so much better than us at keeping the economy alive that it will let us live our lives without having to dedicate all of it to make money. Yeah maybe tau will take all of the programmer's jobs and you wont be able to sell your art anymore but wouldn't it be fun to just be able to code for yourself or paint for yourself without having the relentless weight of the system placed upon you? I wish i could just duplicate myself and have one of me doing my work and one of me sleeping or just... enjoying life
