new paradigms take time. you can't just instantly disrupt the current world order with tech that makes 50% of the work force unnecessary. it needs to be eased into slowly to minimize disruption or they create some artificial disruption that can be used as a distraction to fast track the implementation. one of the major initial selling points for crypto was that it is decentralized. who gives a fuck? being decentralized is not useful, in fact it is detrimental because it is a security risk if anyone gets ahold of 51% of mining computers they can just decide what is true on the blockchain

I don't know why someone would invest right now, but I invested between December 2022 and January 2023, something people mocked me for. I tripled my money with Bitcoin, and I'm fairly happy with that. Tell me, why would anyone invest at the time when I did? What is a good time or a bad time to invest is something determined in the future. If Bitcoin triples again, it would mean now is a good time to invest. If it doesn't, well, then I guess you shouldn't buy now. I can't tell what will happen in the future, but I'm thinking of taking some gains now and letting the rest fly or dump. But I can tell you this - 2021 was not the last chance. Me going from 170K to 500K is good enough proof that people can still make money in crypto.
