Buying a house and having a good car. The ones that tell you something different are nepobabies or just delusional. Even if you decided to go all into the ai narrative and bough everything biz is shilling right now (agoras,worldcoin and ixec and i guess render?) and their predictions became correct you would be left with barely enough to buy a house and a car, and that's if you're completely lucky and do everything right. In this economy aiming for a home and devising a 10 year plan is doable, still takes work, but you will have a real visualization of something doable to strive for.
