Sold all my alts for btc before the 2020 run which would have net me minimally 7 figs. Still had a lot, but then lost 99% with leverage. Now my networth is a measly 25k at 28.5. I still think this is enough for 7 figs with my new knowledge/wisdom, but barely.

At least I pulled out before my portfolio went back to five figures, so the losses weren't completely rope-worthy. I jumped back in on ETH and ONLY ETH back when it was under $1,000 and currently my portfolio is at $250K, so hopefully things will go better this time (inb4 I somehow only make 5x again).

I ended up also getting 500,000 DOGE for this reason, but I don't know if that's gonna go anywhere. I was counting on it to go up alongside BTC, instead BTC shot upwards while DOGE got stuck at $0.08. I'm hoping Elon does some shit down the line to bring it back to life since he managed to retain some of his fanbase through his turbulent acquisition of Twitter.

Even if I had bought some i probably would’ve lost the password or some shit, but yeah i could’ve gotten like 2000 bitcoin for cheap as fuck at the time, if only we had known Kek.
I still even knew about it at 250 but thought that was a lot of money. Fuck me man. Now i just stack my poorfolio

If not im just gonna keep stacking a couple bucks a day for the next 5 fucking years I’m tired of this shit

I have complex PTSD so I guess that plays into it. I have definite impulse control issues. Not even meming I should easily be worth 10 million or more. If I just used reasonable asset allocation I would've turned a few grand a year invested into millions. I was hyper early on BTC, eth, link, bnb. Not just looking and saying hey I should buy, but putting everything I had and risking it on actually buying early. Instead of going 100% in, why didn't I just throw 5-10% in and hold for 5+ years. I would have a huge stack of cash.

I'm also up 5 figures lifetime sports betting, playing fantasy sports and trading short term stock options. But then I find a way to stupidly lose it hopping on whatever else. Trading crypto or playing a casino game or something dumb.

I just wish I had someone to manage me personally. Let me go wild with my own process and picks and convictions but instead of throwing $15k into it and barely having money leftover for food, just put in 1500 and keep grinding for the next play. Forget I even have it, check back in a few years. Minimum 10 million probably way more if I would've done that. Too late now, crypto and everything else is gay and kiked. I missed my shot

What's crazy is how hard I also shilled everyone I knew about BTC, eth and link. Especially link. I remember a hot, milfy supervisor at work who seemed to like me and was kinda flirty. I mentioned a new investment that was gonna help me retire early and she told me to write it down for her. I wrote chainlink...it was like 20 or 25c at the time. I was telling random customers, friends, family, my bosses. Begging them to buy. Gifting my family 50 or 100 link for mother's Day or Christmas, setting up their finance account. Convinced my dad and uncles to buy some. As lame as it sounds, I literally knew. I was all in. I was shilling hard here and irl. I couldn't wait to get paid every 2 weeks so I could buy more. I knew 10k stack was probably enough but I wanted 100k to actually make it. And I did it. I had it. But boredom set in. Link kinda just crabbed around 40c. I had $40k which was almost a year's salary and the most I've ever had. I figured I could just buy back in a few days with a small loss at most. If I lost even 10k link who cares, I'd keep working and get it back within a month. But no. Literally as soon as I sold and bought bat, I lost 15% within a few hours. It was eerie like I literally bought the absolute top somehow. I guess that's what I deserve. Years of hard work, research, shilling, all down the drain

I first heard about BTC when it was below $1. 60 or 70c I think. I was playing poker for a living so always had a few grand sitting around and ready for a silly gamble. I bought my first BTC at around 100. Oh well.

Sold out of BTC before 2016/2017 pump, put it all into Tron.
Road TRX from .001 to .30. then down to .04. watched life changing/instant retirement disappear.

i ddont know faggot i never did the math i just know i would have been retired and wouldnt need to worry about money today. it might have even been in 2010 i dont remember the exact year because i lived off campus for a few extra years after graduating but i was definitely moved out by end of 2011. so maybe it was 2009 or 2010 somewhere in that window. unfortuantely im still wagecucking. in the end i suppose its for the best because if that happened im not sure i would have held to the max anyway, i probably would have sold when it hit $3,000 thinking i won the lottery. also my friend might have come asking around for some back or some shit and it could have created a rift between us so in the end i guess it was for the best. im sure he would have felt like shit later on finding out he gave away a million dollars to me. im not sure what he end up doing with them, he probably bought more designer amsterdam weed.

>I knew 10k stack was probably enough but I wanted 100k to actually make it.
If that is the case, you should have at least kept 10,000 LINK when you sold the rest out of boredom?

I remember this autistic druggie dealer telling me about Bitcoin around that time. Thought it was kind of dumb. No one took Bitcoin seriously until the silk road was created and people saw it worked.

No regrets on my end. I got into BTC when I was just 19, diving in headfirst with no lack of knowledge. Now, at 28, I've made bank on different altcoins. And now, I'm not sleeping on the DePIN narrative. Silencio, Peaq, Natix, and Arkreen are at the top of my watchlist.
