How do I get rid of my anxiety when it comes to making purchases? I'm pretty frugal but it gets to be debilitating since I will often stun myself weighing the value of something.

Kind of expensive but if you get the right stuff it’s still an investment.

I have the exact same problem. I also hate it when there are lots of different options of what to buy. I find when I’m in a spending mood I just go for it and try to ride it out. I still have tons of things I need to buy but feel like I can do without.
