>brand new mid-high end car 60 grand
>decent house in a relatively white neighborhood not very distant from a town 70k
>for about 140k USD in the US you're set for about 10 years unless you want to buy a new car
>this board is made for Americans to complain and cry about their financial status and inability to generate income in a country where 140k gets you more than what the same amount of money would have gotten you elsewhere
I can't take this shit seriously, for that amount of money you can barely even finance an apartment in Europe, let alone an entire home with a brand new car. And if I were in a third world country with that amount of money, I'd have to be forced to live among blacks. Americans have it good, rural America is probably one of the most attractive places to live in my mind.

yea but it's a...uh...a flyover. I gotta live in downtown San Diego's Gaslamp District in a studio apartment to shitpost and stay inside for 99% of my time. You europoors would never understand

You were just supposed to buy a house with your school lunch money or entry level job back in 2008ish according to spastics on here

I use bicycle, don't even need the train or tram but ofc I pay it trough taxes - if public transport is well organized like in Germany Austria France Netherlands Switzerland then you actually do save lots of money and have this convenience and ability to got somewhere in 5 different ways if you please even when dead drunk.
I would not buy a new car even if I were a millionare. Screw spending that much on a freaking appliance that birds shit on. Cars are tax on ego and men. When I see the taxes and insurance and then repairs and service and maintenance and parking the damn thing and all the shit you have to do for it I get sad for the people that have to use it.
Potential to get attacked does not even cross my mind, same goes for robberies or anything else. It's also beautiful here in Germany, and back in Croatia too. I don't know what is it like in Paris, though
I do agree about real estate prices and salaries, back in Croatia I could buy a house for cash outright but not in Zagreb or on the coast so that sucks.

USA is a dystopian work colony with tremendous potential to hit it big. Europe likes things to go sloooow and annoy you with bureaucracy till you just give up. And they do, Europeans are always on vacations or coffee breaks since everyone knows that nothing scales here.

It's the difference of living on a lovely Mediterranean island and even the ugly days you have a view that the guy that lives in Houston has to take days off, pay up the ass to visit for a week. But then you don't have that much money
Either way you will pay by life quality or by lack of earning potential.

Real idea would be move across the Atlantic, grift as much as you can, sell water in a can and get millions, run back to Europe and enjoy life.

obvious summerfag detected
no house that isnt falling apart is 70k. not even in the shittiest place in america. If you want a house that you can live in, you wont get away with anything under 150k.
